AUTHOR TERMS OF SERVICE

• You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit or that you have the right to submit articles on behalf of the author.
  
  
• We do not guarantee that we will publish your article. All articles are reviewed. We further reserve the right to remove any article at any time.
  
  
• By submitting your articles to Free Article Depot, you are agreeing that we may :
  
  Publish your article on free-article-depot.com plus its network of directory partners.
  Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
  Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
  
  
• You understand that Free Article Depot is a free service for authors and publishers and that you will not be paid for submitting or having articles published.
  
  
• You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
  
• You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. Articles submitted that include affiliate links will be deleted.
  
  
• We may at any time translate your article into foreign languages for our network partner sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.
  
  
• We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes to the terms of service will be published on this page.
  
  
• We reserve the right to email authors with offers we find that may be of interest to you If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you must delete your account which will also delete all of your articles. The author also understands that continuous bounces of these emails will result in immediate termination of the author's account and deletion of all submitted articles!


We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.

PUBLISHER TERMS OF SERVICE

• Publishers may publish any article from this directory for free in their newsletter, EZine or on their website.
  
  
• The line "Article Source: http://www.free-article-depot.com" must remain intact on each article you choose to publish.
  
  
• The resource box and any links included by the author in the body of the article must remain on all published articles.
  
  
• Publishers may not change, edit, or reword any part of any article.
  
  
• All hyperlinks must be active so that users can click on them.
  
  
• Articles may be published on any type of site, except sites that contain contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
  
  
• You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
