“Why is there never anything good on TV any more? I wish I knew some ways to make money watching TV!”

Click. Click. Click.

“Some potato chips and a Coke sound pretty good right now.”

Click. Click. Click.

“Kids – be quiet! I’m trying to watch TV in here.”

Click. Click. Click.

Sound familiar? Bored with TV? Bored with life? Looking for some ways to make some extra money instead of spending your whole watching TV?

For some people - days pass. Weeks and months pass. Years pass. Sadly too many people do little more than sit around and just get old.
In their heart of hearts, they want some ways to make some extra money.

But they do nothing about it but ‘wish.’ Those people are definitely not who Property Scouting was created for.

But for the ‘other’ group – this group has discovered there is now finally a legitimate, honest, and doable way to make extra money. The same old boring life – night after night – is not for them. Having a fun and profitable home-based business they can do in their spare time – one that makes them some extra money - is!

This other group wants to take life ‘by the horns’ and ride it for all it’s worth. These are the Property Scouts. They never accept mediocre as a lifestyle and they are determined to ‘make a difference.’

So – why in the world would someone want to be a property scout? Not only do they want to make a difference in their own life and the lives of their family members – they want ‘something more than mediocre’ out of life. They are determined to make extra money, too.

Even the ‘TV-oholics’ have found a way to make property scouting a fun game. They treat their PC monitor like a 52” big screen TV, and create their own game show or reality show called “Dirt Into Dollars.” Instead of being glued to the same old nonsense on TV every night, they are the star of their own show, and enjoy looking for their own minimum $30,000.00 prize every night.

Sure – it takes a bit of diligence and determination, but they are also willing to roll the dice on their show and see what turns up. So instead of [or even while] watching their TV, they are looking for ‘diamonds in the dirt’ as their way to make money.

Property Scouts are also doers – not watchers and talkers. They have that certain something that gives them the ambition and drive to make life all it can be, and they fully intend to take charge and enjoy every minute. And when they find the prize – they are the winner on their own TV show, and they are able to make that extra money, too.

Scouts love property scouting because it’s not hard, and they can do it in the evenings in their spare time. Of course, some people do property scouting as a full-time vocation, as well. What appeals to this ‘doer group’ is that they can set their own pace, work as much or as little as they wish, and they can finally enjoy the fruits of their own labor to the fullest by making some extra money they want and need.

There’s no boss to aggravate them. There are no tattletales and no favorites in the office. No one stands over the property scouts and agitates them every day. Property scouts create a lifestyle they can enjoy, and a work environment that pleases them when they enter it.

They enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the rewards that come with capturing the right property for the investors. But frankly - more than these things – they enjoy those paydays in the thousands of dollars!

Scouting is one answer to people’s hopes, dreams, desires, and goals in which all they want to do is find ways to make money. Scouting provides time freedom, plenty of money, fun family times, and lifestyle fulfillment. Scouting gives people time for their family and money for nice things like homes, cars, vacations, clothes, and such.

So – why would anyone in their right mind want to be a property scout?

Mainly because they ARE in their right mind. And, of course, property scouting definitely pays better than sitting around getting old, just watching TV with a potato chip in one hand and a Coke in the other! Property Scouting gives them ways to make money, too!
