5 ways to improve low sperm count

Low sperm count in men is not a new phenomenon, many men have suffered from this condition thought-out the centuries. However in the old days it difficult to know for sure that it was the man that suffered from low sperm count due to lack of technology. As a result of this lack in technology, women were often blamed and labeled "infertile" if a couple could not conceive a child.

Today things are different. Medical community has studied the topic of "male Infertility" sufficiently enough to learn about the various factors which contribute to this condition. Smoking, drinking, pollution, lifestyle, are some of the key factors which contribute significantly to sperm reduction in males. Combination of these factors can contribute to a rapid decline is sperm production and leave the man infertile.

There are things you can do to help your body increase its production of sperm again. The way to do is to make small changes over time instead of making large changes and not sticking to any of them. The second thing you can do to improve low sperm count is to make small lifestyle changes which include; decrease smoking, minimize alcohol, and stop drugs. Many men have notices a significant increase in male fertility simply by reducing the alcohol intake and cutting down on smoking.

The third thing you can do to improve your sperm count is to start a regular workout program. Exercising regularly helps the body with sweating, which is one of your body's main mechanisms to remove toxins from the system. Not only that but statistics have shown that men who exercise regularly have a much stronger male libido that those who don't. In addition exercise has been proven to help lower stress which is also another major contributing factor to lowering the sperm count.

The forth thing you can do is to refrain from sexual activity such as masturbating especially if you are trying to impregnate your wife. Anytime you "shoot your load", the sperm cell density decreases leaving fewer sperm cells to reach the female egg.
